These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LUGS (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

LUGS provides AI-assisted watch strap recommendations, watch identification from photographs, and AI-generated strap visualizations, together with links to third-party retailers. The Service is provided for informational and personal, non-commercial use.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to upload.
• Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service or its AI features.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.
• Do not upload images depicting other people without their consent.

4. AI-Generated Content

Recommendations, watch identifications, and generated images are produced by AI and may contain inaccuracies. Always independently verify critical specifications — especially lug width — before purchasing. Generated images are artistic approximations and may not exactly represent a real product. We are not responsible for purchases made based on AI output.

5. Pricing & Third-Party Retailers

Prices shown are estimated ranges and may not reflect current pricing. Purchases are made on third-party retailer sites subject to their own terms. We are not a seller and are not responsible for products, availability, fulfillment, or disputes with retailers.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

Some links are affiliate links from which we may earn a commission. This does not affect the price you pay or the integrity of our recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, and software, is owned by LUGS and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload and grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUGS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
